I rang at 8.40 for an appointment and only waited about 30 seconds for the answer in the queue. An appointment was made for today with my doctor. I was so pleased and relieved that I would not have to wait for an answer for days.
Dr Milne is always attentive, friendly and helpful.
Full marks to all.
The new system is working so well with appointments- you're able to pre book ahead when needed. Staff always friendly. Open all the hours you could expect from a GP and when closed there is plenty of information on who to contact and what to do. There is also a Saturday clinic.

I've been a patient here for nearly 10 years and on the whole I've not had any problems with this surgery. I've found the staff helpful and the surgery clean and tidy.
I was however, deeply unimpressed when attempting to reorder my repeat prescription online and finding that I was now unable to do so!
Fair enough (ish), if this is a security measure or more helpful to them then their current records, but I had no communication to say this would be the case. I am contactable by email, landline, mobile and letter.
I now have to try to get myself there in person with my ID...it's busy at work at the moment so I can't take time off especially at this short notice and I don't drive, so I'm not sure I'll make it before it closes for the day. This is precisely why I opted for online ordering and have my pharmascist collect for me in the first place. I will now most likely end up receiving my prescription late, which is obviously just a little inconvenient. I'm really not pleased with this.
I saw Ruth the Practice nurse who was informative, friendly but professional. I felt able to ask anything and informed following my consultation.
